Cancelling must be down 14days prior to rental date.
Must be 25years of age NO EXCEPTIONS
Valid drivers license
Rules Provided must be followed
Absolutely NO SMOKING inside Rental. If unit is returned smelling of smoke( cigars, cigaret etc) your deposit will Not be returned
No Drug use, storage, or transportation with drugs is allowed during renting. Any evidence of illegal substances with forfeit deposit and law enforcement will be notified to remove evidence.
Toll Roads, Red Light Cameras, Parking tickets, etc- will be your responsibility to pay the fees.
Security Deposit- deposit must be made cash or credit card and will be refunded to you once the rental is checked back in and there is no damage or issues requiring fund from deposit.
We will do a in person walk through to go over any questions you may have before leaving with rv. We want to make sure you feel comfortable.
Waste holding tanks- waste holding tanks must be emptied prior to return with valves left OPEN. If you don’t want to do this you can also pay the pre waste dumping fee.

Bringing back Rental

Rental agreement Return Time must be followed if returning late you must contact us
State of Return should be dropped back off at pickup location as discussed in agreement and in the same condition it left in
Before Returning Rental place all towels, hand towels, wash clothes in linen bag provided and place bag in shower. All bedding- sheets pillow covers, blankets must be stripped from mattress and left on bed. All cooking utensils, plates, bowls, cups ect should be washed dried and placed back in location they were in before using.
Rental Deposit will be returned once all the above are checked and good.
If some reason something if broken, lost, or has any damage please contact us don’t try and fix or replace on your own before talking to us.
